Education session
“The presentation by Inclusion Access was excellent. The presenter, Josh, was fun, enthusiastic and he was able to share his own experiences living with a disability. As our company is an NDIS provider, it was really helpful to learn more about NDIS reporting, services and the appropriate language. This presentation increased my confidence and understanding about working with clients who have a disability.”

Access Report
Inclusion Access came to us, as a fellow NFP in a time of great need for the Community Centre. The Centre was in a state of some disrepair and certainly tired. The Committee recognized the need for the Centre to be inclusive but were unsure as to how to manage this. The red tape and rules involved are complex and confusing to the uneducated person.
Funding and current upgrades done by the building owner are largely due to the verification of the obvious need stated within the report and Josh’s personal interaction and explanation. In addition, we now have incorporated upgrades to ensure inclusion and diversity in our strategic plan.
It is wonderful to find a like minded organisation whose values align with ours:
Bringing the community together in a positive, supportive, and inclusive way.
We would highly recommend Josh Marshall and the Inclusion Access team to anyone who should require their services.

Access report
Inclusion Access was recommended to us by the Brisbane City Council to conduct an access audit as a first step in our planning to make the venue inclusive of all. The initial outcome was a report which outlined the barriers to inclusive access.
The “walk and talk” assessment that the Inclusion Access team conducted was very informative and brought to our attention issues and solutions that we would not have thought of before. It was very clear that they know their business and they were very professional in their approach. The issues that they identified and the modifications that we will make as a result, will benefit all of our members and guests who face access challenges. The work of Inclusion Access has been of great benefit to the Club. On the basis of the report they prepared, Council engaged an architect to draw up concept plans to implement the recommendations. The Club is very pleased with the work Inclusion Access has done and recommends the organisation as a first step to any other organisation which has a commitment to improving access requirements.

Access barrier identification
“Your efforts in formulating this report will enable us to improve the facilities at the church in order to meet the requirements of the Building Code of Australia and to ensure that equitable, dignified access may be provided for all. This will be a wondering blessing to those who regularly attend our church and those in the wider community who access our facilities.”
